Scholastic and the nonprofit LitWorld are teaming up with football champion, bestselling author, and literacy advocate Malcolm Mitchell to celebrate the 12th annual World Read Aloud Day on February 3, 2021. To ensure even more children have access to read-aloud books, Scholastic is donating 10,000 books to Malcolm Mitchell's Share the Magic Foundation, which will be distributed to kids through Malcolm Mitchell's Fourth Annual "READBowl" Global Reading Competition, to help create and build their home libraries.
